Requirements for an Richmond Real Estate Salesperson's License:
- Be at least 18 years old
- You must have obtained a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED)
- Successfully complete 90 hours of approved real estate education
- Complete a background check
- Successfully pass the Indiana Broker Real Estate Exam
- Be sponsored by an actively licensed real estate managing broker
- Schedule the Indiana broker licensing exam via PSI.
