October brings fall festivals, outdoor activities, markets, Halloween celebrations, live entertainment, and plenty of family fun throughout Wayne County and nearby Indiana communities. From Richmond and Cambridge City to Fountain City and the surrounding area, there are lots of ways to enjoy the season close to home.
